RACB

Research Analysis, Capacity Building (RACB) and Higher Education (HE) Division has a mandate to provide a foresight analysis and evaluation of projects in the field of academics and high-end research.  The division works to explore new opportunities in the areas related to assessment of important academic projects having relevance in promoting insights to NEP 2020. The assessment may support the reliability phenomenon and process building in real time evaluation of higher education and research. The division has also the mandate to explore independent and collaborative research and capacity building activities in the frontier areas of education, science, research, industrial technology and incubation

Collaborative Research Activity between Indo-German Science & Technology Centre (IGSTC) and Quality Council of India

RACB & Higher Education Division has collaborated with IGSTC with a purpose to assess and evaluate the R&D capabilities of industries against IGSTC’s 2+2 projects. The thrust area refers to evaluation, certification and assessment of the R&D infrastructure of industries/ SMEs/start-ups.

Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR) and Quality Council of India wishes to collaborate on scientific areas related to R&D projects, workshops, conferences etc. The preliminary exercise is on the way.

RACB & Higher Education Division is working with PPID to conduct Impact Analysis of Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship Program. The sole purpose is to evaluate the research capabilities of Research fellows associated with the scheme.
