Ranvijay has been working with the Quality Council of India (QCI) since 2015. As in charge of eQuest-QCI’s eLearning portal, he oversees the organizational roadmap, short-term, and long-term departmental planning, and defines organizational hierarchies, manpower and budgets to meet objectives. He spearheads all of eQuests’ activities from coordinating with QCIs boards for new eLearning module development, and working with subject matter experts (SME), to working closely with the team on course and content creation matters.
With over 15 years of expertise across the entire spectrum of Product Development, Research and development, Complex Engineering, Software Development Solutions and Process Engineering, he has worked as a Team Leader at Wipro Technologies, both in the USA and India, along with multinationals such as iSOFT, Mascon Global Ltd, 3i Infotech as Software Engineer. His cross-cultural competencies in an expansive arena of domains such as eLearning, the finance and banking sectors, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare sectors, coupled with his unrivaled communication skills and innovative thinking, have enabled a successful outreach to corporate entities and government bodies alike, facilitating the planning and execution of critical projects in a timely and efficient manner.
