The National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) is a constituent Board of the Quality Council of India (QCI). NABET operates digital platforms, websites and programme portals for administering accreditation, assessment, certification, training, capacity-building and other related activities under its various schemes and programmes.

This Privacy Policy applies to the NABET website and digital platforms operated or authorised by NABET-QCI, including online application portals, assessment systems, training platforms and other related digital services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

    Documents, reports, declarations, certificates, photographs, supporting evidence and other files uploaded or submitted through NABET platforms.
  • Communication and Grievance Information
    Information submitted through the Contact Us section, emails, grievances, feedback, queries or other communication channels, including attachments provided by users.
  • Payment and Transaction Information
    Payment status, transaction references, invoices and other information required for processing application, assessment, training or programme fees. Financial information processed directly by third-party payment gateways may be subject to the respective payment service provider’s privacy and security policies.
  • System and Usage Information
    IP address, browser information, device information, login activity, timestamps, pages accessed, system logs and usage patterns.
  • Other Information
    Any additional information voluntarily provided by you or required under the applicable NABET scheme, programme, standard or regulatory requirement.

Where an applicant organisation provides personal information relating to its employees, experts, faculty, students, representatives, consultants or any other individuals, the organisation is responsible for ensuring that such information is shared lawfully and with appropriate authorisation or consent, wherever required.

NABET-QCI does not sell or rent personal data to any third party.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Personal information collected through NABET platforms may be used for purposes including:

  • Account creation, registration and authentication
  • Processing accreditation, certification, assessment and empanelment applications
  • Verification of qualifications, experience, credentials and submitted information

Declaration and Authorisation

By submitting information through the Platform, you authorise NABET-QCI to collect, verify and process the information provided by you for purposes connected with the relevant NABET service, scheme, programme, accreditation, assessment or other activity.

This may include verification of information such as contact details, qualifications, professional credentials, organisational information, identity-related information and supporting documents where required under the applicable scheme.

Information will not be used for purposes unrelated to NABET-QCI functions except where required or permitted by law.
