ICMR-MDTL Strengthening Initiative for ISO/IEC 17025:2017-Aligned Evaluation of In-Vitro Diagnostic Kits

As part of a national capacity building initiative, TCB is supporting Indian Council of Medical Research in strengthening Medical Device Testing Laboratories (MDTLs) for In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVDs) through a multi-phase program focused on enhancing quality-assured evaluation capabilities for priority pathogens. Aligned with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the initiative provides implementation and post-implementation support to strengthen testing accuracy, quality systems, and long-term accreditation readiness.

Strengthening Administrative Excellence through ISO 9001:2015 Implementation in BIPARD & GAD, Government of Bihar

TCB provided implementation and capacity building support to Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD)and the General Administration Department (GAD), Government of Bihar for aligning their systems with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The engagement included gap assessments, training, documentation support, internal audits, risk-based process analysis, and continual improvement initiatives to strengthen governance efficiency, process standardization, and service delivery.

QCI Conducts ISO/IEC 17025 Gap Assessment for Forensic Science Laboratory, Bhubaneswar

As part of its capacity building initiative, TCB is providing implementation support to Forensic Science Laboratory Bhubaneswar through a comprehensive gap assessment aligned with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. The assessment identified key compliance gaps and recommended corrective actions, enabling the laboratory to strengthen its quality management systems and progress towards accreditation readiness.

Enhancing Horticulture Facilities: TCB's Technical Guidance in Haryana

Recognizing the need to meet national and international quality requirements for honey and other beehive products, the Department of Horticulture, Government of Haryana established a Quality Monitoring Centre with support from TCB for comprehensive quality assurance and testing. TCB successfully completed the capacity building of the centre by aligning its infrastructure, systems, and operations with relevant national and international standards. The initiative also strengthened the centre’s capabilities for monitoring the quality of fruits and vegetables across Haryana, promoting a holistic approach towards agricultural quality control, food safety, and market readiness.
