Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is operating a scheme of implementation of Lean Manufacturing Competitiveness Schemed under National Manufacturing Competitiveness Programme. Under the 12th Five Year Plan scheme has upgraded and Ministry has set a target of 500 clusters for implementation.
