M/s. PRAVEEN ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES who is part of EXCEL LEAN AUTO CLUSTER has gained significant improvements in specific areas of Lean Tools like 5S where the space gained is 5950 sq.ft. Further their focus in SMED and TPM has brought down change over time from 16 mins to 10 mins across press shops. They have achieved an overall saving of Rs. 36,07,855/- ( Thirty Six Lakhs Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Five only).
We would like to put on record the specific approach in Kaizen review mechanism. The systems are in place to sustain the lean tools implemented.
